The logistics services offered by
Seyfarth Shaw at Work are provided to ensure that your company's training days run
as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Prior to training any course you will be put in touch with
someone on our logistics team who will help you through the process of scheduling, material
customization and confirmation of receipt of materials. This point of contact will help answer any
questions you may have about our trainers, our materials and our scheduling process. Seyfarth Shaw
at Work houses its own dedicated logistics team, headed by a director with a
specialized university degree in the field of logistics.
Services included, without additional charge:
- Evaluation of your training day needs and materials
- Development of a strategic roll-out plan to capture all participants in the most cost effective manner
- Pairing of a Seyfarth Shaw at Work trainer that matches your team's training initiative goals
- Hands-on help completing all necessary logistical forms for training
- Information regarding room set-up and other training day arrangements
- Customization of materials for training that include company logo and reporting procedure
- After hours, on-call assistance
Turn-Key Total Logistics Solution
To save clients the cost of hiring additional training staff or diverting resources, we can provide "soup-to-nuts" logistical services related to any training event, for a fixed per-participant fee. Once we receive the names, email addresses and desired training location (we can host training, as well, which is included in the fee), our Logistics Coordinator and team send out invitations and follow-up date reminders, collect invitee responses, arrange for food, room/table set-up, can provide on-site staffing throughout the event, arrange for reservations of hotel room blocks, collect all training documentation, provide a bound documentation book, enter participant data into either our or your Learning Management System, and provide a post-training "Report-on-Sessions." Seyfarth Shaw at Work's "Turn-Key Total Logistics Solution" is available to support you in the context of both SSAW and non-SSAW training events.
