Director of Seyfarth Shaw at Work: Philippe Weiss

In a former life, Philippe represented both plaintiffs and defendants in front of federal and state courts, human rights agencies and the EEOC. Today, with his background in experiential adult learning theory and political simulations, Philippe has overall responsibility for the entire day to day operations of SSAW. From operational responsibilities to national sales to client and trainer relations to course development and customization, Philippe manages to lead, direct and administer each area, and is the literal and figurative face of Seyfarth Shaw at Work.

When not waiting on a tarmac answering emails on his wireless, Philippe is at home entertaining his two school-age children.
