Contracts Manager, Marketing Manager and E-Learning Process Coordinator: Melissa Zwilling

Melissa works with current and prospective clients, firm attorneys, and the SSAW team to ensure timely service and delivery of contracts, work orders and proposals for SSAW training initiatives. Melissa also coordinates all key aspects related to the E-Learning deployment process for clients, works with SSAW's E-Learning technology partners and enables potential clients to gain access for program review purposes.

Melissa works closely with the sales team and is responsible for sales and marketing communications with potential clients, including drafting sales proposals, preparing newsletters and responding to a client’s RFP. Melissa also directs the customization of all materials for clients and potential clients, whether for pitches, demos or actual training days. Post-training, Melissa manages the client follow-up process, which includes coordinating post-training assessments and exploring with the client the need for other training initiatives and programs.

When not working diligently, Melissa enjoys hanging at local music clubs, and then heading home to play a mean "guitar" with her beloved Guitar-Hero video game.
